In a Florida intestate estate (an estate with no valid last will), several counties require an Affidavit of Heirs. The document assembly workflow will create an Affidavit of Heirs form for use in an Orange County Florida probate or summary administration. You might be also able to use it in Florida counties that do not have their own prescribed Affidavit of Heirs form, but check with those other counties first.
