Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. We use Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) as our payment processor.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Please note that we have the right to refuse a request if we can demonstrate that we have legitimate grounds for continuing the processing. Gavel commits to cooperate with EEA (which reference includes, for clarity, the United Kingdom) data protection authorities (DPAs) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to human resources data transferred from the EEA in the context of the employment relationship.
