This workflow is designed to create documents for the sharing of information between parties who have or may have a business relationship, where one party (the Discloser) intends to share certain Confidential Information with the other party (the Recipient). The Discloser wishes to protect the confidentiality of its information and requires the Recipient to take certain precautions to protect that information. The parties also wish to confirm their understanding and agreement that the Recipient will not be bound by any restrictions on its use or disclosure of the Confidential Information except as set out in this Agreement.
